Shipping policy
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for the wrong address entered. If you entered the wrong address, please send us an email as soon as possible.
After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will be processed in 2-4 business days. The delivery timeframe is an estimate and does not include weekends and public holidays. Due to global circumstances, shipping may be further delayed and is not with the control of Arttefina Luxury once the parcel has been accepted by the shipper. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please file a missing package claim with your local carrier and inform us as soon as possible.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Once an item leaves us and is shipped we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, however we will do our best to work with you for a resolution.
CANCELLATION
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customs & duties for orders shipped outside the USA: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
We ship your package, duties and taxes unpaid, and do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot estimate what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
Your carrier will charge you, the recipient, all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery. We cannot ship to parcel lockers or forwarding services.
Customs may hold your package for further screenings. There is no guaranteed date of release and, unfortunately, we cannot supply any details regarding this process as we are not in control of it.
